About the Role

Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is an ongoing, part time (0.6FTE/ 45 hours a fortnight) position based in Deakin, ACT.

The Executive Assistant is to provide high level executive, governance, secretarial and administrative support to the CEO of RACR and be the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, while ensuring smooth functioning of the office of the CEO.

To be successful in this role, you are required to possess:

  • Minimum of five years’ experience providing executive assistance to a CEO or a senior executive position.
  • Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with a diverse range of people and build effective professional relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work to tight deadlines with excellent organisational and prioritising skills.
  • Advanced level of ICT literacy, with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, mainstream social media platforms and other software.

Salary & Benefits

The salary on offer is in the range of $76,956.36 to $81,997.24 per annum plus superannuation for full time. As a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), RACR employees also receive tax-effective salary packaging opportunities, thus significantly increasing the value of your take-home pay.

According to the RACR Enterprise Agreement, the successful candidate will have access to generous leave provisions, annual leave loading, special paid leave during annual holiday shutdown period and flexible working arrangements.
