What is the Riverina Murray Family Referral Service?

The Riverina Murray Family Referral Service is a free service that provides information and referrals for families and young people seeking support. We bring together families, support services and community resources to help promote the safety and wellbeing of children, young people and families.

This service can help you access:

  • family support services,
  • home visiting,
  • drug and alcohol treatment programs,
  • mental health services,
  • family safety support,
  • counselling,
  • post separation services,
  • quality child care,
  • housing,
  • parenting education,
  • supported playgroups,
  • youth support services, and
  • respite care.

The service operates as part of the Keep Them Safe Initiative.

The service provides referrals for families and young people in the Riverina Murray region. You can contact the service directly or be referred from another organisation.

Where are these services provided?

These services cover the Riverina Murray region and currently outreach to Junee, West Wyalong, Lockhart, Albury, Leeton, Ungarie and Tumut.
