Family Dispute Resolution

What is family dispute resolution?

Family dispute resolution is a mediation service that helps separated couples and other family members affected by separation and divorce to resolve their disputes.

Family dispute resolution will help all parties determine and negotiate outcomes that best suit each family member's circumstances. The process helps reduce conflict and develop and agree on techniques to deal with future disputes.
