So SAFE! Group

The SoSAFE! group program provides context specific education for women and girls with an intellectual disability on safety in relationships. The group provides a safe environment to support others and leave feeling empowered.

Over three weekly sessions the group will explore content through visual and conceptual tools, with the fourth and final session being an opportunity for the participants to celebrate their achievements together.    

This group program looks at:  

 

  • Promoting safe and respectful relationships
  • Consent
  • Social safety
  • Steps to a relationship
  • Wellbeing
