Employee Assistance Program

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides safe and confidential support to staff members from our partnership workplaces. EAP is a way your workplace supports the wellbeing of staff, through an independent provider.

We provide a supportive and private space for you to talk about any challenges you might be experiencing in either your personal or professional life.

Our experienced team offers individual counselling across a range of areas.  Common topics include:

  • managing stress
  • building resilience
  • maintaining a work – life balance
  • coping with change
  • improving communication
  • feeling anxious or depressed
  • relationship and family matters
  • interpersonal conflict
  • navigating grief and loss.

Support can be provided face-to-face, via phone or online.

Staff of our partnership workplaces are entitled to a number of sessions at no cost to the staff member. In some circumstances, family members may also be eligible for individual support or to join you for couples or family counselling. Your entitlement can be found in your Enterprise Agreement or by speaking to your HR team.

Confidentiality

Trust is an essential part of any therapeutic relationship. As such, we are committed to maintaining your confidentiality.

Although accessing EAP is a benefit of your employment, your employer is not made aware of your engagement, unless you provide consent for this to occur.
