headspace has been designed specifically to meet the evolving and unique needs young people aged 12 -25. headspace helps young people with mental health; physical health; work and study support; and alcohol and other drug services.
When parents separate it can be a huge life adjustment and some times we can feel out of control. It is normal to experience a range of emotions when parents break up.
If a young person has come to you as someone they trust, or if you have suspicions they may be in a family violence situation, it can be difficult to know how to support them. There are some practical steps to help you, help them.
