This online group program is designed for parents of children and adolescents (aged 8 – 17) to improve attachment security and family mental health and wellbeing.  

Over nine weekly interactive sessions you will:

  • Explore different perspectives on parent-child relationships and adolescent development
  • Gain alternative ways to respond to difficult behaviours 
  • Develop an understanding of parent-child attachment and how to support a secure attachment with their child
  • Strengthen communication between parent and child 
  • Learn practical tips to remain calm and connected during conflict or challenging interactions
  • Improve parenting confidence
  • Connect with other parents dedicated to improving their parent-child relationships. 
 
This program is delivered in partnership with the Australian National University (ANU). Program participants will be invited to take part in ANU’s research study to evaluate the program by completing surveys at the beginning and end of the program.
