Property and Financial Mediation services help parties to negotiate a mutually agreed outcome regarding the division of their property or finalisation of financial affairs.

Mediation is a quick and inexpensive way to achieve a settlement. The structured, problem-solving process helps parties co-operate and focus on the best outcome for everyone.

An independent, impartial mediator will assist parties to reduce conflict, negotiate outcomes, and develop techniques to deal with future disputes.

Individual assessment: Free

First hour of mediation: Free

Hour 2 of mediation onwards or for individual support/coaching session: fees are charged based on your individual income, ensuring accessibility for all people. To calculate your fees, please select your income band below.
