Got Your Back

Got Your Back

Our Got Your Back program is for young people aged between 12 and 25 years, and their families, who have been impacted by Domestic and Family Violence. Got Your Back focuses on prevention and education, aiming to bring about a cultural shift away from violence.

Our team has a proactive approach intervening early after experiences of Domestic and Family Violence, with the goal to mitigate possible impacts. We support youth to understand Domestic and Family Violence and their safety, empowering them to seek assistance.

Got Your Back provides free peer-based group support, case management and support services.

Domestic and family violence is not just physical – it also refers to a range of power and control behaviours. Those witnessing these behaviours can be just as impacted as those experiencing it.

Individual & Family Support

Ongoing case management support can be provided through the Got Your Back program including assessment of safety, risk management and referral pathways. Our experienced team can support you at a place where you feel comfortable and coordinate a network of services and supports based on your needs.
